Logestech Integration for ERPNext
A custom ERPNext app we built for a last-mile logistics client. It connects their Logestech delivery platform to ERPNext, so every shipment, cash-on-delivery collection and invoice reaches the accounts automatically, without manual re-entry.
Webhook invoicing
Logestech pushes consolidated invoices to ERPNext through a secure API. Sales invoices are created instantly with service rates, COD fees, extra fees and VAT.
Delivery records
Every delivery is stored with its shipment lines: barcode, sender and receiver, cities, COD amount, cost, VAT, service fees and status, linked to its sales order and invoice.
COD collection & settlement
Track cash collected per customer, then settle it against invoices or pay it out. Journal entries and payment entries are posted automatically.
Bulk uploads
Excel importers for shipments, deliveries, COD collections and settlements, with downloadable templates, validation and an upload log.
COD ledger & statements
Customer-wise COD ledger and statement reports, plus a cumulative dashboard showing collections, settlements and balances.
VAT invoices & receipts
Simplified and detailed tax invoice formats with QR codes, delivery receipts, and a daily scheduled customer sync.
